About Margi
Margi is an AHPRA-endorsed Organisational Psychologist and leads our Employee Assistance Program. They hold multiple masters degrees and are an accredited Mental Health First Aid instructor.
Margi's work sits where the individual meets the workplace: psychological safety, workplace investigations and reviews, manager coaching, critical incident response, and the counselling that follows when something at work has gone wrong. They are the person Territory employers speak to when setting up an EAP agreement.
Their approach
Margi is equally comfortable in a consulting room and a boardroom, and is careful to keep the boundary between them clear. Employers get themes and trends; individual sessions stay confidential.
